I PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and produced before shipping.
Please note that during promotional/sales periods, our processing time may be 3-5 business days.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
The average transit time for Worldwide shipping is 5 to 10 business days.
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) that may cause delivery delays. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers encounter. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the carrier.

Packages handed over to your local carrier are transferred to the buyer. We ensure that all our packages are in good condition before shipping. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, detained or damaged packages, carrier misdeliveries, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you receive from your local carrier with your order from us, so any shipping-related issues must be handled by the carrier concerned, and the buyer should contact their local carrier to resolve any issues.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking will be available once your product has been shipped. We also send the following order update emails: when your order is being processed, once it has been shipped, the day it is being shipped, and when your order is delivered. When you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order via the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Please note: Each individual product may be shipped in separate packages to avoid delays.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to our fast processing times, we generally do not accept order cancellations. However, if you wish to cancel your order within 5 minutes of purchase, we may be able to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING COSTS
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered free to your door. There is also no minimum purchase amount required.
