**6) Use of Your Data for Direct Advertising**

6.1 **Subscription to Our Email Newsletter**

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information required for sending the newsletter is your email address. The provision of any additional data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter once you have explicitly confirmed that you consent to receiving newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm your wish to receive the newsletter by clicking on a corresponding link.

By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. When subscribing to the newsletter, we store your IP address, as entered by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), as well as the date and time of subscription, in order to trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data processing is carried out solely based on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will not send any emails. You are entitled to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the responsible party mentioned at the beginning. You will only incur transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. After receiving your objection, the use of your email address for advertising purposes will cease immediately.

7.1 The personal data we collect will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of contract processing, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution as part of the payment processing, provided this is necessary for the payment processing. If we use payment service providers, we will explicitly inform you of this below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

For this purpose, your payment data may be forwarded to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, based on PayPal’s legitimate interest in determining your creditworthiness. The result of the credit check regarding the statistical probability of payment default is used by PayPal to decide whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the credit report result, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Among other things, address data is included in the calculation of the score values. However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for the contractual payment processing.

**10) Online Marketing**

**10.1 DoubleClick by Google**

This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, operated by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("DoubleClick").

DoubleClick uses cookies to display ads relevant to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to track which ads are shown in which browsers, preventing them from being shown multiple times. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

In addition, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to track conversions related to ad requests. This occurs, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser's website with the same browser and makes a purchase. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. We have no influence over the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and are informing you to the best of our knowledge: By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will obtain and store your IP address.

If you wish to object to participation in this tracking process, you can disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, [https://www.google.de/settings/ads](https://www.google.de/settings/ads), which will be deleted when you delete your cookies. Alternatively, you can find out more about cookie settings and make choices about them at the Digital Advertising Alliance at [www.aboutads.info](http://www.aboutads.info/). Finally, you can set your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally. If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be limited.

**10.2 Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking**

This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites using advertising media (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. We are pursuing the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you, and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.

The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot, therefore, be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained through the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can easily disable the Google Conversion Tracking cookie through your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

The storage of "conversion cookies" is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising.

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European "Privacy Shield" agreement, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

More information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking can be found in Google's privacy policy: [https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/](https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/).

You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. If you disable cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Users who clicked on your ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that allows them to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this usage by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie through your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Adwords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European "Privacy Shield" agreement, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

Please note that certain functions of this website may not or only partially be usable if you have disabled the use of cookies.

**11) Web Analytics Services**

**Google (Universal) Analytics**

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", which ensures that IP addresses are anonymized by shortening them and excludes a direct personal reference. With this extension, your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage to us. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser software; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: [https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de)

Alternatively, to the browser plugin or within browsers on mobile devices, please click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent the future collection of data by Google Analytics within this website (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain; if you delete your cookies in this browser, you will need to click this link again): Disable Google Analytics

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European "Privacy Shield" agreement, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. When a page is accessed for the first time, a unique, permanent, and anonymized ID is assigned to the user, which is set across devices. This allows interaction data from different devices and from different sessions to be associated with a single user. The user ID does not contain any personal data and does not transmit such data to Google.

The data collection and storage via the user ID can be objected to at any time with effect for the future. For this, you must disable Google Analytics on all systems you use, for example, in another browser or on your mobile device.

You can deactivate Google Analytics using a browser plugin from Google ([https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de)).

**Facebook Custom Audience via the Pixel Method**

This website uses the "Facebook Pixel" of Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook"). In the event of obtaining explicit consent, this allows the behavior of users to be tracked after they...

These users have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This process is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help optimize future advertising efforts. The data collected is anonymous to us, meaning we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of users. However, Facebook stores and processes the data, allowing it to be linked to the respective user profile, and Facebook may use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with its Data Usage Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/).

You can allow Facebook and its partners to show ads on and outside of Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes. These processing operations will only take place if you have given your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent for the use of the Facebook pixel may only be given by users who are over 13 years old. If you are younger, please ask your legal guardians for permission.

Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the US-European Privacy Shield agreement, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU. To disable the use of cookies on your computer, you can set your internet browser so that no cookies can be placed on your computer in the future or that cookies that have already been placed are deleted. **Google AdWords Remarketing**

Our website uses the functions of Google AdWords Remarketing, which allows us to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising based on a pseudonymous cookie ID and the pages you have visited. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Further data processing will only take place if you have agreed with Google that your internet and app browsing history will be linked to your Google account and information from your Google account will be used to personalize ads you view on the web. In this case, if you are logged into Google during your visit to our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, Google temporarily links your personal data with Google Analytics data to create audiences.

You can permanently disable the setting of cookies for ad preferences by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
